That includes Vassout apples and pears , quince, cedra lemons, Cevenne onions, Lautrec garlic, Ceps, celeriac, beetroot (Heritage and Crapaudine), carrots (Heritage and Sandy), chervil root, parsley root, nasturtium roots, Oca de Pérou, pissenlit and chicory.
Other highlights include many varieties of squashes, cobnuts, wet walnuts and English early varieties of apples
