We employ a team of four expert buyers in France, plus two in London and one in Milan.

If you’ve never visited Rungis, it’s quite a spectacle. This is the largest wholesale market in Europe, if not the world.

More than 1200 companies trade on a site spanning 234 hectares.

There are vast halls devoted to fresh produce, cheese and dairy, meat, pork, fish and more. Rungis even has its own train station and police station.

For our customers, we offer a bespoke buying service in Rungis to source special ingredients and products ordered to exact specifications. Our buyers in France work from 4am each day to fulfil these orders.

We can also supply lines such as cheeses, game and other meats on request.
