Asparagus is the star including Pertuis and white. Stunning Morels, St George and wild garlic. Jersey Royals now in full flow. Super fresh peas and broad beans from France and Spain. Forced rhubarb still available but shifting to the outdoor crop. Blood oranges still available. Lovely Mouneyrac apples and pears.

High grade strawberries, including Frais de Bois and Gariguette. Alphonso mangoes - short season.

Artichokes including Calicot. Large range of tomatoes from France and Spain. Italian specialities include bruscandoli, puntarelle, agretti, end-season radicchios.
